to Arnold: structure of "Statistics by country" table was updated, "Top 10 countries" table has design restrictions and can not be modified.

Thanks: New "Unsolved levels" helps me do it. Before that, it was very hard to find those levels and increase level count.

To Arnold: Maybe those players have Windows 8 or tablet. Or they are four years old. Or they don't speak/read english and understand rules of the game. Or they are start playing Payback first.

to admin1: Could you number the rows in "Top 10 countries" and "Statistics by country"? Add a first column with serial number, I mean.
